In the winter semester of 2025/26 the new "Master in Political Science and International Relations" will start at the TGU.
The master program combines leading and interactive academic training with pracitce-oriented learning. Taking up a multidisciplinary approach it offers modules from political science with special emphasis on the European Union, international relations and comparative politics.
The study program is characterized by:
- Fully funded study summer trip of two weeks to European institutions in Brussels as well as to Berlin
- Unique international links with leading scholars with research expertise from renowned German and European Universities
- Multidisciplinary program combining political science, international relations, law and comparative politics
- Dialogues with EU experts providing practical insights into Türkiye's and Germany's role as actors in Europe and the world.
- Training of professional and academic skills preparing vor a PhD or a career, e.g. in public administrations, international organiziations, think tanks
- Pleasant and intercultural learning environment on a new and beautiful campus
The two year English taught study program is designed in cooperation with the University of Cologne.
